This is a 10-week LIVE In-person training course. You will get evidence-based information and about pregnancy and birth which will prepare you mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually for this incredibly significant life event. What You Get
Student Workbook
Expecting families get a student workbook which is theirs to keep. It consists of a lot of useful reading information and engaging activities for both parents. There are spaces in the book to write down your thoughts and take notes.
Online Support
Email support is available to ask questions and give updates.
Referral List
This is a list of cherry-picked birth workers that the expecting mother might need from pregnancy to postpartum. This list has been curated over the years through high ratings and personal experience.
In-person Visits
10 in-person visits each 1-2 hours long are provided to discuss the course material and answer related questions. I use this time to help families understand their needs which will help them formulate a birth plan. Topics covered are mentioned below.
